It was a easy fix and hope you have a video to show how to install. Need to look up some YouTube videos from other scooter.
I'm not one to leave a bad review but this cost me now $300 to fix my problem that should have only cost $150. So my controller for Explore burned out after 3 years of trusty service, and being out of my original warranty,
I ordered a replacement from fluidfreeride.com like I do the rest of my scooter parts. After 7+ days later, because there is no other option but ground shipping, I receive my controller, after a textbook installation my explore is working again. (fast forward 19 days) i go to turn on my scooter and it sputters and tries but dies and i see the dreaded -ERROR 09-, so i get online and go to the returns page and come to find out my brand new $150 controler died 4 days after its warranty ran out, and still no work from fluid free rides support team so i break down and order another controller, that was Wednesday, its Saturday and it still hasn't even shipped, but i will say for the record that this is the first time I've had any issues with fluidfreerides.com.

Make on a expensive purchase online ever. This product is falsely advertised as IP54 water resistant. I have only taken it on roads after a light rain never during or thru puddles or off-road thru mud. After receiving multi parts to help the e-10 error reading and sudden motor shut down mid ride multiple times randomly. Waiting about a month to receive both the new controller and throttle. After not receiving help or guidance on how to repair the electronics and doing it myself the quality or screws sucks because a few balled with ease after majority or other came off with ease. I finally figured out how to open the battery by messing up my foot grip to the point of it not being able to use again to gain access to the screws. I open the scooter up to see it ruined with moisture and dirt from road . Some of the wires were not even connected to the battery. This scooter has seen less than 300 miles total. I don't know who designs a great Scooter with the front wheel spitting water directly into the wire hole without any sealant or wheel covering to help prevent water from Hitting the wires leading directly to the battery with no water protection. The scooter didn’t stand a chance again the elements with this Design. Takin the controller out was almost a easy until the last 3 wires i couldn’t figure out how to remove. At this point I’m frustrated snd disappointed at this scooter and what I was sold to believe this this could handle the ease city commute and last longer than my 300 dollar scooter who make it thru a full season of snow and rain with 0 problems.
