Just purchased a used Mantis Pro from the Miami showroom. The experience was flawless, the owner, who is incredibly busy, saw me waiting for a salesperson, jumped in helped me select a scooter, and got me taken care of quickly. I bought this scooter after searching for the fastest speed, longest distance, and lightest weight combination. My purpose was to find the best companion to stow in my single engine plane for solo journeys to small towns. I needed a good way to get around after landing. After my first ride, the Mantis has taken me to work every day, has given me joy on pleasure rides, and has accompanied me in flight to out of the way towns across the southeast. I guess it’s clear ... I love it!

I love my scooter! At first I was having some problems with getting the speedometer read mph but they were very helpful through the entire process. I have the Horizon which is so much fun for a beginner that wants to step up to more than just an every day rental that you get on the streets. I will more than likely move up to the wide wheel pro after I get comfortable with the Horizon and pass the Horizon to my daughter whom loves to surf the streets with me. Everyone should own one of these. They are an affordable great way to get around and fluidfreeride has a fantastic selection!

My wife has been asking for an electric scooter to take on rides around our neighborhood. We have a neighbor who highly recommended the Horizon Practical Commuter Scooter. She has one already, and offered my wife a test drive. I could see the smile on her face from down the street, and decided that this was the perfect gift for Christmas. My wife suggested that I get one as well, and after some research, decided that this was a good idea.
Our scooters arrived roughly a week after the order was placed, and the plan was to wrap them and place them under the tree. However, the excitement was a bit too much, and they (somehow) ended up out of the box and charging in the garage a few hours later. The next evening we took them out for their first neighborhood cruise. We spent the next 45 min going up and down each street laughing, and looking at all of the Christmas decorations. I'm pretty sure the phrase "this is RAD" was said at least 30 times.
This was about 2 weeks ago, and we have had them out almost every evening since with no issues. We are both totally happy with our gifts to each other this year, and look forward to taking our scooters on future adventures.
Pros and Cons? Glad you asked...
Pros:
Ordering was simple, and delivery was fast.
Minimal assembly with clear instructions, and tools are supplied.
Easy to operate, and performance was way better than expected.
Cons:
Could've added a page in the manual describing the indicators on the LCD and what they are for.
Power connection arcs when plugging in the battery to the supplied charger.

Love this thing. It's fun, sophisticated and practical all at once. The range is great for getting around most cities (25 - 30 miles seems realistic based on my first ride). Acceleration is great and you can reach 25 mph pretty quickly. Suspension is fantastic and has turned what used to be a pretty jarring ride into smooth commute. The dashboard is the icing on the cake. It looks amazing and is really useful. Some other pros - 1) quick-release handlebars make collapsing this a breeze, 2) built-in back carrying handle, 3) automatic brake lights on *both* brake handles, and 4) built-in USB port for charing accessories.

This scooter hits the sweet spot for me. It's not huge and bulky like the super scooters out there, and isn't weak like some of the everyday scooters used by major scooter shares. I feel much more comfortable on the road with cars going 22-24mph instead of ~15mph. The suspension is nice but nothing too crazy, it'll soften bumps a little but still isn't really an offroader. Slight noise while it accelerates but not too much more than other electric scooters. Overall, I love it, it's sleek and fun to ride. Great for exploring cities and commuting.

I purchased 2 Wolf Warriors (for me and a friend) and they have both been running wonderfully! I’m a heavy guy and this thing takes me with ease. I had a bit of a hiccup with the back suspension of the scooter and I got in touch with Jay at Fluid. This guy is a genius! He walked me through every part of fixing my scooter and sent me all the necessary replacement parts to fix it. These people are genuinely kind and truly want you to enjoy their products. There is literally Nothing better than that! Definitely ride with caution and safety gear because these bad boys are fast.

Very happy with this scooter, I use it to commute in NYC instead of the subways. Good speed, folds up nicely and fairly lightweight. I also use it to run simple errands. I like the hook on the front for bags. So far so good.

I can't say enough good things about Fluid Free Ride and my Mantis Pro. Firstly FFR has been outstanding in their service, response and delivery; I have no complaints and feel well looked after into the future if anything ever went wrong. A big thank you for that.

Ok onto the Mantis.
This scooter is phenomenal. I previously had a Wide Wheel Pro and whilst I don't want to put anyone off buying a WWPro, I have to say that for me, the Mantis Pro is perfect with its extra speed, distance and maneuverability. I have a 5 mile commute to work and back and it makes the journey exciting whereas it used to be boring. Chilly, but exciting. I give it a full charge every 3 days and it lasts the 10 miles each of the 3 days. And I like to cruise on weekends for up to 40 miles on a single charge.

A few things to consider.
This machine is fast if I need it to be or normal if I need it to be. It is very easy to control the power with my left and right thumbs, even with gloves on and even as I use the accelerator or brake. I barely have to glance down at the controls.
It is really stable. The wide handlebars and big tires give a feeling of security even at 40mph. Conversely at slow speeds it maneuvers easily, which is particularly useful where I work in a University.
The suspension and brakes are tremendous and really do the machine justice. I often plow over drain covers and road grit barely noticing them at high speed.
It is highly visible at night with its deck and rear lighting.

All in all I am 100% plus happy with everything. I'm doing my bit to be eco-friendly while saving tons of money on gas, insurance and maintenance on a car. This is way better than a car. If you buy this scooter, protect your investment with good security and protect yourself from road rash or worse with a full face motorcycle helmet and padded jacket and pants.

I stylized my Mantis with a handlebar extension that allows me to have a mirror, front light and phone mount (the front light also charges my phone; nice). I also added indicators which are sometimes a little tricky to use until you get used to them as it means a tap on the rubber end to indicate and another tap to stop indicating.

On the security side I have a disc lock shown and a 16mm U lock for the front. I also attached a remote controlled alarm to the front fork. This is brilliant; less than 30 bucks on Amazon. Attaches with adhesive backed tape and 2 zip-ties.

Where were you when you hit 100 miles on your Mantis? I felt like I wanted to wait until I had a chance to really ride and experience as many aspects of the scooter, performance and my own feelings about it before posting my review. So here goes...
I own another scooter, brand not important, it’s a commuter class ride based on the specs;
20 mph top speed, range around 15-20 mi.
After a bit, I was looking for a scooter that moved me into the performance class, and a ride that both gave me more power, more torque/acceleration and better suspension.
I did over a month of research, emailed and posted a ton to gain as much insight and info as I could. The truth is, no matter what scooter you look for and research, you’re going to find positive and negative reviews and insights. The ordering process and my customer experience was amazing for starters. I actually ordered a Horizon to begin with, and then exchanged it for the Mantis. So let’s begin with simply saying that customer service was really understanding and jumped on the task of helping me work out the exchange...simply huge!
So Mantis arrived and as mentioned, I’ve waited for a bit to post my review.
I’m 100 mi in and I’m am beyond happy and impressed with everything about it.
It’s the best riding scooter I’ve been on. The quality of the build and parts are top notch, and as other reviews have mentioned the styling is really sleek and clean.
The components are solid, nothing feels cheap, and though I have the base model, and not a mini motor display, I’m really happy with the set up. 100 miles in, and on various terrain and rigorous riding, I’ve experienced no issues with stem wobbles or any other technical issues. I’m not a little man, weigh 200 lbs and find the scooter deals with hills and top speed like I’m closer to 150 lbs. Top speed for me levels out around 38-40 depending on charge, and even at lower capacity there is little to no decrease in power or power or performance....awesome!
The bottom line is simple;
There is no better option out there in the price range if you’re looking to jump into the top tier performance class of scooters. You can pay a lot more for similar scooters that won’t perform better and honestly will leave you with less support and solutions when and if you do need it along the way. At 110 miles in, I haven’t. This scooter has exceeded my expectations and continues to impress me. I absolutely love riding my Mantis, and it is both my commuter option, and really fits that criteria. It’s also pure fun, to say the least, and is everything you would want for a weekend ride or strictly your go to for just that. If you’re looking for a perfect cross over duel function scooter, the Mantis is it. STOP LOOKING!

After testing and reviewing more than 30 different electric scooters (including the Kaabo Mantis), I can confidently say, it's the best electric scooter I ever tried. The hydraulic brakes are extremely smooth, the suspension is next-level and the sheer acceleration and speed is beyond thrilling. If you're in the market for a high-end electric scooter, I highly recommend the Mantis.

Scooter arrived in just a few days. Love everything about it. Powerful as hell! Hold on!! It takes a bit of an adjustment, but the feeling is amazing. Thought the tires might make for a less than cushy ride but that's not the case at all. Very smooth ride for non-inflatable tires. No complaints.

After getting into electric scooters from rentals, I originally bought a Xiaomi m365. However, after a few months and a flat tire, I wasn't satisficed and sold it. I was looking for new scooter with:

1. Tires that are solid or easier to replace
2. More acceleration
3. More speed
4. More fun to ride
5. Under $800

The Horizon has a totally different feel and aesthetic to the m365. The Xiaomi and Ninebot scooters feel like a consumer electronics device that has been de-costed to be as cheap as possible while still performing to spec. The Horizon is much beefier and industrial looking, which I really like. Lots of thick metal and large stainless screws and bolts. As an avid snowboarder, it also has great carve-ability on wide roads.

If you are looking for an upgrade from cheaper scooters, I highly recommend the Horizon. I think it is the cheapest of the Unicool Titan T8 variants.

The OX is by far the best scooter I’ve ever ridden. It’s like riding a mini tank- you don’t feel any bumps or bounce to much like I did with the wide wheel. It is truly an amazing experience which you can only understand once you ride it. The customer support is hands down A++++++++

Bought this scooter to have more fun with my toddlers and it is awesome. Im 260 lbs and this scooter performs great.
