Burn-E Not Reaching Top Speed

If you notice that a customer reaches out claiming their Nami doesn't reach the final top speed, it may be related to controller wires incorrectly plugged:

There are 2 wires on the underneath of the deck shown in photo's attached. Please take these 2 wires and unplug them from each other. There is 1 set out in open. Other set is tucked up in. Once these are unplugged please tuck them up inside the deck and the scooter should reach the top speed.
