Returns & Refunds

An Overview of Our Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your scooter within 15 days from delivery. Any product must be without usage marks and in its original packaging.

If a scooter has been used, we typically do not accept a return.

In exceptional cases we may agree to a
return with a 20% restocking fee if the scooter has been used but is still in
excellent condition and has less than 15 miles on the odometer.

Shipping protection insurance and taxes are non‑refundable as they cover the outgoing shipment of your order and statutory charges.

Important Updates (Effective December 1, 2025)

  • Electronic Parts: We no longer accept returns or refunds on electronic parts, regardless of whether they are less than 15 days old. Exceptions may only be granted upon review if the part has not been used, remains unopened, and is still in its original packaging as shipped.
  • Unauthorized Returns: If a customer ships back a part without prior approval, we will not be liable for the return or refund. All returns must be verified and approved first.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping scooters or parts back at their own expense. We no longer provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • Non‑Refundable Charges: Shipping protection insurance and taxes are non‑refundable.

How do I start a return?

In order to qualify for a refund, please request a return authorization via the form in our Support Center. Do not send anything back before receiving authorization. Scooters must be in their original package, and all original accessories must be included. Your refund will be processed once the package arrives at our facilities. It usually takes 3–5 business days from the moment we refund you until you see it on your
card statement.

What if I do not have the box?

We can only accept returns in original packaging.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Please request cancellation via the form in our Help Center. If your scooter has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the refused package, we will process your refund to your original payment method, deducting one‑way return shipping fees (between $100–$300 depending on scooter size) plus the 20% restocking fee.

Defective or Non‑Working Scooters

If your scooter is dead on arrival, you can exchange it free of charge and we will cover all shipping. For any other technical issues, we will work with you to provide a solution.
