I purchased the Widewheel Pro 2020 on September 10, 2020, and received it on September 16, 2020. In less than a week, both front and rear brakes went out. FFR is sending me an Avid BB7 rear brake caliper and a front replacement caliper. It has been almost a year since this brake recall. Why hasn’t this safety issue been resolved by now. The red brake calipers are faulty. So far my experience with FFR has not been the best. I plan to return the WideWheel Pro for a full refund and shipping expenses paid for by FluidFreeRide. Compared to Apollo Scooters customer service, FFR is pretty slow in responding to this safety issue. Very dissatisfied with FluidFreeRide. Should have bought exclusively from Apollo Scooters.

I’m confuse, is mercane n fluid free ride the same company. Or fluidfreeride is totally separate from mercane.?I’ve been told ffr.is way better in fact the top company to make scooters. Especially the2020widewheel pro.i ask this before I think weight limit is around 220 I’m about 250,260 am I safe to ride wow I just cruise no fancy stuff I safe ride. IS THIS OK OR SHOULD I LOOSE A FEW POUNDS? CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME GOOD ADVICE!? THANKS.

throttle not responding after full stop even in kick start the scooter.

Bought a Wide Wheel from you last week and just ordered another one – Love it but just noticed the braking issue and recall. I assume the one I ordered last week is good? I got it Thursday so just making sure I don’t have to do anything. The brake seems weak but I’ve never Rode anything like it. Just want to know if the two scooters I have bought are safe before I put my kids on them? Also the Scotter I received Thursday. Two of the plastic pieces – front left and back right that cover the tire mount screws was broken out of the box! How do I get this two pieces replaced? Should be under warranty!

Thanks, Kenny Winter
