An Overview of Our Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your scooter within 15 days from delivery. Any product must be without usage marks and in its original packaging.
If a scooter has been used, we typically do not accept a return. In exceptional cases we may agree to a return with a 20% restocking fee if the scooter has been used but is still in excellent condition and has less than 15 miles on the odometer.
We will charge a return fee depending on the scooter model. Following the return and inspection of the scooter, we will refund your original payment method less the return fee.

Shipping protection insurance is non-refundable as it covered the outgoing shipment of your order.
How do I start a return?
In order to qualify for a refund please request a return authorization via the from in our Support Center. Please do not send anything back to us before receiving a return authorization.
If the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label with which you will be able to coordinate a pickup at your address with Fedex or you can also drop the package at any Fedex location. Scooters must be in their original package. All original accessories must be in the package.
Your refund will be processed once the package arrives at our facilities. It usually takes 3-5 business days from the moment we refund you till you are able to see it on your card statement.
What if I do not have the box?
If you no longer have the original package, you will need to get a new box where the scooter can safely travel. Choose a box that is similar in size to the original. Boxes with extreme oversize (more than double the original box) will incur additional handling charges from the courier that we have to pass on to you.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Absolutely, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please request the cancellation via the from in our Help center. (Choose 'Orders' > 'Cancel order' so your request gets high priority).
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 3-5 business days from the moment we issue the refund until you are able to see it on your card statement.
If your scooter has been shipped at the time we see your cancellation request, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Note that we pride ourselves with fast shipping. In stock scooters ship same or next business day. Once we receive the refused package at our facilities we will process your refund to your original payment method deducting one-way return shipping fees (between $60-$150 depending on size of your scooter).
What happens if my scooter does not work properly?
If your scooter is dead on arrival (as can happen with electric vehicles in rare cases independent of battery quality), you can exchange your scooter free of charge and we pay for all shipping. In case of any other technical issues, please trust that we will provide a solution.
