Great front tire a tube.

Was quick an easy order a shipping, but unbeknownst to me there was another duty to be payed upon delivery. My bill says duty paid but had to pay another.
Would have been nice to know as to be prepared a not think it was another scam, Long story short lol
Got the tire a tube an I'm rolling again. 🥸

Great service that keeps my Horizon scooter young and active

Actually got maintenance for the controller, new kickstand, and a new front tire/rim. The repair/maintainence service was great here in New York City. Online appointment set-up easy. Quick response on issues and repair options. And quick repair with super support and discussion with the manager. You guys rock!

Super Easy Install!

Didn't realize my scooter tired had balled so badly but after the tube inside popped, I replaced the tire and tube and within 15 mins I was back on the road! Rides great and I feel way more secure.

Huh?

It's not my scooter. It's my son's. I would think the front tire, if solid -- no inner tube -- would make for a pretty rough ride. No cushioning, but we were just having to replace the tire -- and sometimes even the rim -- too often.

We're so grateful for Fluid, even though it's across the Bay. The people are so nice: Sam, Lewis and Alex. Thanks to all of them!

Bad Service

I have reached out via phone, text (text replies) and email about an issue I had with the replacement tire/innertube. The inner tube does not work properly as there is an issue with a leaky valve stem on the one I just purchased. It has been almost a week and I have not received any contact from this company.

DO NOT BELIEVE 50% off parts LIFETIME GUARANTEE!

This is the second order in a row, they did not honor the 50% off parts guarantee. I didn’t check my receipt on the first one but I did this time and once I pointed out the charged me full price …….crickets….its been 2 weeks. They keep sending “sorry we’ll get to you soon, we’re overwhelmed” emails, but they don't ever offer to fix it.

Terrible experience

After more than two weeks, I still haven't received my purchase (and I have paid $40 for shipping to Canada). I tried to contact the company, but the answer is taking longer than before (I bought my e-scooter in April 2023, and the customer service at the time was pretty good). On my UPS tracking number, it says that UPS has not even received the parcel. When I told it to the customer support, they said it has been picked up, but them nothing else was done to solve my issue. It is stressing as I use my scooter on my daily commuting and not having my purchase is making everything more difficult.
