I would give zero stars if I could. Their scooters are constantly breaking down, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone for support. Even worse, I’ve been waiting for a replacement charger that has been out of stock for over a year — absolutely ridiculous for a company selling “premium” electric scooters. For the amount of money these scooters cost, the customer service and reliability are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually supports their products.
