FLUIDFREERIDE IN NUMBERS

> 50,000
SCOOTERS SOLD

Join our fast growing community of smart riders who value fast, fun & eco-friendly transportation and industry leading support.

> 470,000 hours
TIME SAVED PER YEAR

Never get stuck in traffic again. At just 20 minutes commuting time saved per week(!) and rider, our community got back a cumulative 50 years in time to spend on better things. If you personally were able to save just 20 minutes every work-day, you would free up over 80 hours every year.

> $3 MILLION
SAVED ON GAS PER YEAR

By replacing your car for just 15 miles every week our rider community is saving big on gas alone. That does not take into account any other expenses of owning a car. By some estimates, an individual rider can save around $8,000 per year by retiring the car in favor of an electric scooter.

> 1 MILLION
TREES PLANTED

While an electric scooter already helps reduce carbon emissions, we are donating part of our revenue to Trees for the Future who have planted over a million trees on our behalf, more than off-setting our operation's carbon footprint.

FAQ

  • Can I ride the Cityrider in the rain?

The Cityrider is IP55 rated, which means that light rain will not be a problem for the scooter. However, we recommend not to use the Cityrider in heavy rain, as the battery sitting in the footboard should never be submerged under water, as would be the case with big puddles.

  • How is the scooter packaged and delivered?

The Cityrider ships in a thick cardboard box with an additional over-box and shipping bands. We ship by FEDEX ground with signature required to ensure your new scooter does not disappear from your door-step.

  • Does the scooter come readily assembled?

The Cityrider is ready to ride out of the box. Simply unfold, attach the handle grips and get up-and-scooting!

  • How long does it take to charge the battery?

With the included charger, it takes around 5 hours for a full recharge.

This scooter has saved my wallet from so much pain in rides from Ubers. It has been a lifesaver to me. Also, customer service is quick to respond. I had to call for a small part and received it 2 days later. Thank you Fluidfreeride!!!

This scooter delivers as promised with both speed and great customer service. We don’t know yet about the battery life, but are excited to continue using it.

Awesome Looking scooter

The white version is so unique and stylish looking! Only have taken it for a few rides but got lots of compliments. Not a lot of white scooters out there :)
Range seems to be as promised and its a little faster than most scooters on the road!

So far, so good. Plan to use the Cityrider for short distances, on trails and sidewalks downtown. Not as bumpy as I had heard about. Plenty fast and price was great for my first e scooter.

I’ve had this scooter for over a year and I could say that it’s great! For the price, it’s wonderful! I use it 6 days a week for the entire year to and from work. It still works perfectly fine :). You do need to have it fully charged in order to hit that 18mph, as the battery goes down, so does its max speed. At 1 bar I could hit 15mph. Another thing is the bumps and cracks, you’re going to feel them due to the scooter having no suspension and the tires are solid. I also don’t recommend using the scooter in the rain, for obvious reasons, but after it rains the ground is very slippery for the scooter. But other than that, it’s a fine scooter 👍🏼.

A Great Scooter

I bought the CityRider because it was in my price range and seemed like it would handle my hilly commute to work. I wasn’t disappointed.
I live in the Texas hill country and travel 5 miles over some smooth, some aggregate roads and up some rather steep inclines. I find that if I slalom (zigzag) while climbing a more than 15% incline hill, I won’t stop at all. Also, to offset the back-tingling/jarring bumps and cracks, I shift my weight to the balls of my feet when going over rough spots. This helps a lot. When I get to work, I plug it in for the ride home, although I don’t use half the charge to get to work.

I think that 18 mph is quite fast enough for me. I like the blinkers, the cruise control and the kick stand. I do recommend this scooter.

I usually buy from Costco, but their mid-price scooter was out of stock. I refused to buy a scooter from Amazon. I read the reviews and took a chance on Fluid-ride. Two days after I bought the scooter, it went on sale. I contacted them and they actually gave me some money back—like Costco would have done!
I do recommend this scooter. I enjoy riding it. And it gets me to work and back—thank you!
