Introducing the brand-new NAMI BURN-E, aka the Viper. Highly anticipated this scooter is one of the most innovative and highest quality developments in the ultra performance category of electric scooters. Developed based on community requests and feedback, the BURN-E eliminates the weak points of other scooters in the same sector and delivers a smooth, powerful and safe riding experience.

Two powerful 1500W motors with a peak output of 8400W deliver awesome torque and thrilling acceleration up to 60mph. Equipped with a large 72V 35Ah battery with 18650 Panasonic cells, the BURN-E can reach a maximum range of 90 miles ( constant 18mph, 160 lb rider) and a realistic range of around 50 miles.

Similarly powerful as the motors are its full hydraulic 160mm disc brakes. Combined with the integrated electric brake with adjustable intensity, they reliably bring the scooter to a halt. 

Paying specific attention to the community, NAMI integrated innovative technology in its newest scooter. The BURN-E features a large, waterproof smart display which lets riders adjust many settings according to their preferences. You can choose between 5 different ride modes including turbo mode for extra power and fun. On top of that, you can independently adjust the acceleration strength of the front and rear motor and the intensity of the electric brake.

Two adjustable 165mm hydraulic coil-shock suspensions and 11-inch tubeless 90/65-6.5 tires (available in street or off-road) make for a smooth ride in any territory. A powerful 2000 lumen headlight, side LED strips and a rear brake light are part of the all-round lighting system for a safe commute in the dark. 

High-quality parts from its core to the details make the BURN-E one of the most interesting scooters in its class. 

A heat-treated aviation grade welding frame in one piece, a full carbon fiber steering column and polished stainless steel parts give the scooter its robust structure, designed for high speeds and durability.

Weighing a proud 103 lb, the BURN-E is a bit lighter that comparable models in its class and has a newly designed wobble free folding mechanism which allows a relatively compact transportation.

BEST Customer Service EVER!!!

When it comes to Customer Service in this new Micro Mobility PEV Market... Consumers are hard pressed to find great, reliable, responsive Customer Satisfaction (minded) Vendors, especially when they need them to come through for them, and WE really NEEDED it this time!!!

I have found just that in dealing with FluidFree Rides over the years, they SHOW UP... My original Nami Burn-E Viper purchase was one of (25) damaged or in my case completely destroyed during shipping with FedEx. Julian and his amazing Staff over at FluidFree Rides not only took care of my issue but every person affected with this horrible FedEx shipping experience, by immediately shipping out Brand New Nami Burn-E Viper Scooters– using a Private Shipping Company (Forward Air), with each Electric Scooter Quality Inspected, individually wrapped to a single Pallet, and individually (direct) shipped to each and every Customer affected. I buy a lot of EXPENSIVE Power Scooters, and had my fair share of damaged goods, late deliveries or being stuck with damaged unusable Scooter. This type of attention to detail and Consumer Safety exceeded any of my expectations (no other Vendor in the Industry has EVER demonstrated nor invested this type of money in their response) FluidFree Rides STEPPED UP big time, setting Industry Precedence.

I received a Brand New, undamaged Nami Burn-E Viper exactly how it left their Warehouse (individually wrapped, on a single Pallet). Nami e burn.

My nami e burn came delivered buy FowArd air. Then it arrrived at airport it changed to out for delivery they called me ten min before pulling up to my house was on a pallet. Perfect. Fort Lauderdale drop off. Love this monster fun

Finally enjoying my Nami

Package was sent fedex but never got to me. Fedex said package was destroyed and sending back to shipper. I don’t blame FFR for delivery wows, can happen to anyone. FFR immediately sent another by Forward Air and received my delivery on a pallet and plastic wrapped just like FFR said it would show up. For some it didn’t show up on a pallet because I believe Forward Air for some reason got rid of the pallet. Been enjoying my new Nami but as soon as it arrived the steering was to tight. I decided to ride it anyway and it has loosened up quite a bit. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of updates on this $4,500 machine. I had to email and wait for a response for any updates that I received. The first batch only received one email to everyone saying there was a delay. I believe my interaction with FFR in the future will be pleasant if I need help servicing or parts for this scooter. I do not blame FFR for a bad experience with delivery

I’m having a problem with my scooter vibrating

I been speaking with Adam about my scooter Vibrating when it goes over 30mph, I tried to drive it over different pavements with the same result. I haven’t got a update from him yet if you can reach me at [email protected] I would really appreciate it thank you.

Terrible experience - inflexible and horrible delivery

Where do I begin? This was for the $5k Nami Burn E. Shipment was late due to delays at LA cargo dock (no fault of FFF), but then when I asked to change the delivery address due to the lateness (I was moving house by the time it would arrive), they were not flexible. I asked to even ship it to their Miami shop as I would be in the area, they said no. In the end I said just hold it at the warehouse until I'm at my new place. A week before I move to my new place I ask them to ship it, they said no, we only ship one day a week. It gets to that day, bad reviews are coming out about their shipping, of the Nami so they tell me that all shipping is on hold until they can ship on pallets. By this stage my scooter is already over a month late. Eventually, it ships with another freight company who is somehow even worse than FedEx. Long story short, the box arrives completely beat up (like seriously opened and beat to crap), a week after it arrived at my local airport, and not on a pallet. This was 3 months after paying for it. It was delay, after delay, after delay, and FFF were completely inflexible during the entire process. I even offered to pick it up myself at their Miami showroom, they said nope. I would give negative stars if I could. If I'm paying $5k for a scooter I expect better.

The BURN-E is equipped with high-quality components from its core to the details.
A hand made aviation grade welded frame gives the scooter its robust structure, awesome looks and stability at high speeds and off road.
The full carbon fiber steering column allows for a bit of flex and enhances durability.
The new proprietary folding mechanism is machined in type 304 stainless steel and allows for easy folding, long lasting stem stability and a relatively compact storage, compared to other scooters in its class.

Innovative Technology - Customizable Controls

The large, waterproof smart display is packed with features and allows riders to choose between 5 fully customizable riding modes.
NAMI chose to enable independent settings for the two controllers, allowing the rider to separately adjust torque and acceleration of the motors to fit personal riding preferences.
The BURN-E is also equipped with adaptive cruise control, which allows you to activate, increase and decrease your cruising speed with the push of a button. Additionally, riders can check the temperature of each controller at any time and adjust the over-heat protection.

Safety

To slow down, the 103lb BURN-E is equipped with NUTT full hydraulic 160mm disc brakes and an integrated adjustable electric brake.

No need for additional lighting, as the scooter features an all-round lighting system with a rear brake light, side LED strips with integrated turn signals and a 2000 lumen headlight illuminating the way in the dark.

Additionally, a motorcycle-type horn lets other traffic participants know when you are approaching, which can come in handy on a 60 mph scooter.
