Everything worked out as I hoped. The guy who is in charge of the Brooklyn store was very helpful and friendly. I would try to avoid sending your scooter in during the summer, if possible. They are very busy with repairs and it took two weeks to get my scooter back. If you can wait for another time of year when it’s cold and people aren’t riding as much, I’m sure the turn around time will not be as long. Thanks guys!

Service sucks. Rear motor has many wires that came from your corporation as the one need to be replaced only has three main wires. I have been waiting for a video on what to do it's been going on months now.

Great Scooter not so great customer service
I purchased the wolf warrior 11 which is a fabulous scooter. After 10 days and 110 miles the rear motor failed. No big deal things happen but it took over 7 weeks to recieve a replacement. Once the replacement came there was no valve stem so I had to pay for a new one and wait another 10 days. It's a great scooter but really disappointing it was down for over 2 months. I also received no update except for when Inquired about the status, which was extremely frustrating.

Both motors failed within 320 miles....
Did they send replacements? Yes they did. Did I get reimbursed for my labor to repair the scooter and make modifications so it would not happen again? NO, I did not.
I was on a forest service road going 13 mph in dual motor eco mode and the rear motor failed and became extremely resistant to rotating. Within a mile the front motor did the same thing turning the scooter into a 100 pound brick in the middle of nowhere...
Fluidfreeride.com replaced the motors after I sent pictures of the scooter?? It took me the better half of a day to get them installed (these scooters were not made to be serviced). I also upgraded the deck gasket so there is more room for the wires and they are not all crammed in there from the factory.
Would I buy from them again? No I would not. I am tempted to send this kaabo wolf warrior 11 back as I am afraid I will get stranded again. I was hoping from the bombardment on social media from all of the advertisements saying this was the scooter to buy if you wanted a reliable one that it would end up being true but I have proven that to be wrong. 3000 bucks for something that fails 110% dead in the middle of nowhere is a high price to pay. Imagine if this were a life saving emergency and I was trying to get somewhere. It does not inspire confidence.
I think I may have gotten a lemon, but like I said, time will tell. If it happens again I will be asking for a refund...
