How is the scooter packaged and delivered?
The Mosquito ships in a thick cardboard box with an additional over-box and shipping bands. We ship by FEDEX ground with signature required to ensure your new scooter does not disappear from your door-step.

How long does it take to charge the battery?
With the included 2A charger, it takes between 5-6 hours for a full reacharge.

Does the scooter come readily assembled?
The Mosquito is ready to ride out of the box. Simply unfold and get up-and-scooting!

Just got my mosquito. Extremely easy to unbox and visually no set up needed. Seems durable and performs as advertised. Its portability is better than anticipated. While the wheels do skid out a bit, you have to be careful and stay away from water. Overall, it’s outstanding.
This thing is fantastic, it’s everything I had hoped and more. I was in search of the most portable scooter that could do at least 25 mph on a 10+ mile range, and this is my golden goose! It is truly unrivaled for its weight, though it is stable enough to handle top speed on rough streets with ease!

This ride has been perfect for our daughter. Lighter weight and more powerful engine than other scooters around campus. She notices her classmates struggle and cannot keep up when going up hills with their other brand scooters that are heavier, wider for stability, but also have lower output engines. Customer service was also outstanding. We are from oot and ordered the item, once we had our order number, CS put the item on hold and shipped accordingly so it would arrive it's destination in conjunction with our anticipated arrival and we had zero issues.

I recently got the fluid Mosquito for commuting purposes, I was looking for something lightweight and compact, this is absolutely perfect. Easy to snap into it's resting position and light enough that I, (a 5' ft 120lbs. lady) can carry it. I was not expecting the Mosquito to be the powerhouse that it is, the thing is seriously ZIPPY. It comes up to speed super fast, and covers ground like nobody's business. I was put off by the online pictures of the not-so-sexy headlamp and grips set up, but in person they are actually very nice, and made of good quality materials. Love the scooter!
