Welcome to “freerider of the Month”
We get emails all the time from our customers and we do read them all.
Some of them are stories from the road using one of our scooters highligting the positives and how much the customer enjoys their experience. We do love to hear those stories.
And we might share it. If you purchased a scooter from fluidfreeride, and would like a shot at featuring in our Rider Spotlight, mail us your story and you can win a $100 voucher if we pick you.
Our winner of this month’s Rider Spotlight is Tucker. Thank you Tucker for being a part of our community and enjoying your $100 voucher. 🙌
The reason for Tucker choosing fluidfreeride came from watching a lot of YouTube videos and reading lots of positive reviews leading him to purchase his first two scooters through us - a Horizon and a Mosquito.
As of today, we have 50,000 riders using our products and approximately 6000 positive reviews online that one can sift through. We also have service centers across various US locations and we have a lifetime warranty program for some of our scooter parts.
Tucker tells us he’s been a Harley rider for 14 years and has traveled across the States and Europe on it. But going on the historic Washington and Old Dominion Trail (WOD) in Northern Virginia, or going past the monuments in Washington DC, he breaks out his fluid scooter.
His most memorable trip so far was zipping around Washington DC in the snowfall but as he says in his own words:” I’m confident there will be many more fun adventures. Keep the rubber side down and the wind in your face”.
The scooter, (or scooters, since he bought one for his wife too,) are used both for recreation and commuting.
He rides a Mosquito as it is the most portable to bring on his Metro commutes to and from Washington D.C. His wife calls it the “Porsche” since it’s so lightweight and “peppy”. Her Horizon she refers to as the “Cadillac” reflecting its comfortable and stable ride.
Not worrying about flats on the Mosquito is also a plus for Tucker when commuting.
Choosing the right scooter for your needs is important.
Is it for commuting only, or is it a combination of recreation and commuting? What type of terrain does it need to be able to handle? Is top speed important? Does it need to travel uphill?
Identifying all these specific areas will help you get the right type of scooter for you.
